On 3rd of June 2021, the Finnish Government decided to allow travel for work in air traffic between Schengen countries. This concerns also students and their training periods in Finland. Many training periods have been in on-hold position, waiting for these relieves in travel restrictions. Local companies have also been waiting for the possibility to welcome students for their internship periods.

In Finland the main authorities giving the instructions about traveling and safety issues are the Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) and the Finnish border Guard. Nova Talent will follow the information given by these authorities, and help both the sending organizations and the receiving companies to guide the students in all corona –related matters.

In Finland we have space and wild nature just around the corner. The town of Turku and surrounding nature are waiting for the students to explore!   

Hopefully, we will have nice corona-free summer and the students will have the possibility to acquire new skills and experiences in the Finnish companies.
