Since the last post, the number of respondents has increased to a total of 107 interns, providing an even more comprehensive overview of their experiences.

Support from the Nova Talent Tutor 

The support provided by the Nova Talent tutor was highly praised by many interns. The tutors helped them navigate practical challenges and offered focused assistance that made it easier to get started in the program. Many interns felt well cared for and were able to resolve their concerns quickly, indicating that the practical help from the tutors is one of Nova Talent's strengths.  

Communication with the Nova Talent Tutor 

Another frequently praised aspect was communication with the tutor. Most interns (93 %) reported that communication was easy and effective. They found the quick response time and clear communication particularly helpful in addressing their questions and concerns promptly. Good communication is one of the key factors for the success of the program and for intern satisfaction.  

Housing Arrangements 

In general interns were very satisfied with the housing arrangements. The accommodation was well-equipped and provided the comfort they needed for a successful stay. The housing conditions significantly contributed to interns settling in quickly and enjoying their experience. Nova Talent tries to focus on apartment location with smooth connection to workplace by local transportation “Föli”. 

Work Placement Arrangements  

The work placements matched well with the interns' skills and career goals, providing most interns with the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience. These internships not only contributed to personal and professional development but also expanded interns' professional networks. In addition to selecting the ideal host company, Nova Talent provides support throughout the internship. This includes pick-up from the airport or train station, an introduction to the company and a dedicated tutor to help interns adapt to their new environment.  

Open Feedback on Nova Talent Activities 

The opportunity to provide anonymous feedback on Nova Talent activities was greatly appreciated by interns. Many felt encouraged to give honest feedback and share suggestions for improvement. This open feedback shows that Nova Talent is committed to continuously improving the experiences of its interns and taking their needs into account.
